Abstract

  • In April 2013, NTP of each sub-sector in Southeast Sulawesi was recorded as follows: Food Crops Sub-sector (NTP-P) 84.35; Horticulture Subsector (NTP-H) 116,89; Subsector of Smallholder Plantations (NTP-Pr) 124,18; Livestock Subsector (NTP-Pt) 90.40; and Fisheries Sub-sector (NTP-Pi) 108,56. Where the NTP of Southeast Sulawesi was 105.88 or increased 0.15 percent compared to the previous month, or ranked tenth nationally. While the National NTP of 104.55 or rose by 0.01 percent.
  • In April 2013, 11 provinces experienced an increase in NTP and 21 other provinces experienced a decrease in NTP. The highest increase of NTP occurred in Gorontalo Province by 0.90 percent. While the largest NTP decline occurred in Jambi Province by 0.84 percent.
  • In April 2013, the rural consumer price index changes in Southeast Sulawesi rose by 0.42 percent. This happened because of the increase of price index in five consumption groups namely; foodstuffs group 0.68 percent; finished food group 0.24 percent; housing 0.03 percent; clothing 0.18 percent and health 0.01 percent.
