Abstract

  • In January 2011, the NTP of each sub-sector in Southeast Sulawesi was recorded as follows: Food Crops Sub-sector (NTP-P) 86,32; Horticultural Subsector (NTP-H) 121,70; Subsector of Smallholder Plantation (NTP-R) 126,89; Livestock Subsector (NTP-Pt) 92.37 and Fisheries Sub-sector (NTP-Pi) 106,28. Where the Southeast Sulawesi NTP recorded 107.32 or did not change compared to the previous month, or in the order of the twenty nationally. While the National NTP of 103.01 or rose by 0.25 percent.
  •   Of the 32 provinces reported in January 2011, 19 provinces experienced an increase in NTP, 12 provinces experienced a decrease in NTP and one province was unchanged (stable). The highest increase of NTP occurred in North Sulawesi Province by 1.05 percent. Meanwhile, the largest decrease in NTP occurred in Papua Province by 0.93 percent.
  •   In January 2011, there was an inflation in rural Southeast Sulawesi of 0.01 percent due to the rise in the food group price index of 2.10 percent; housing 0.63 percent; clothing 0.69 percent; health 0.53 percent; education, recreation and sports 0.21 percent and transportation and communication 0.18 percent ..
