Abstract

  • In January 2013, NTP of each sub-sector in Southeast Sulawesi was recorded as follows: Food Crops Sub-sector (NTP-P) 85.04; Horticultural Sub-sector (NTP-H) 117,42; Subsector of Smallholder Plantation (NTP-R) 123.61; Livestock Subsector (NTP-Pt) 90.42; and Fisheries Sub-sector (NTP-Pi) 108,82. Where the NTP of Southeast Sulawesi was 106.05 or decreased 0.17 percent compared to the previous month, or was in the order of twenty national NTP decline. While the National NTP of 105.67 or decreased by 0.19 percent.
  • In January 2013, 9 provinces experienced an increase in NTP. While the other 23 provinces decreased NTP. The highest increase of NTP occurred in North Maluku Province by 0.53 percent. While the largest decrease in NTP occurred in Lampung Province is 1.00 percent.
  • In January 2013, the change in rural consumer price index in Southeast Sulawesi increased by 0.17 percent. This occurs because of the increase of price index changes in six consumption groups namely; finished food group 0.91 percent; housing 0.19 percent; clothing 0.74 percent; health 0.15 percent; education, recreation and sports 0.08 percent; and transportation and communication 0.13 percent. While the foodstuff category decreased by 0.07 percent.
