Abstract

Kendari City April 2023 Year on Year (yoy) inflation of 5.51 percent. The highest inflation occurred in Kotabaru at 6.75 percent.

In April 2023 Kendari City experienced year on year (yoy) inflation of 5.51 percent with a Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 116.68. The highest yoy inflation occurred in Kotabaru of 6.75 percent with a CPI of 121.12 and the lowest occurred in Pangkal Pinang of 2.78 percent with a CPI of 114.15.

The April 2023 month to month (mtm) inflation rate was 0.46 percent and the April 2023 year to date (ytd) inflation rate was 0.41 percent.

Commodities contributing to yoy inflation included air transportation, gasoline, rice, household fuel, cars, inner-city transportation, filter clove cigarettes, colleges/universities, cooking oil, and white cigarettes.
