Abstract

The economy of Southeast Sulawesi based on the amount of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GDP) based on current prices in 2021 will reach IDR 139.06 trillion and based on constant prices in 2010 it will reach IDR 97.28 trillion.
Southeast Sulawesi's economy in 2021 will grow by 4.10 percent (c-to-c). In terms of production, the highest growth occurred in the Construction Business Field of 9.66 percent. Meanwhile, in terms of expenditure, the Export Component of Goods and Services experienced the highest growth of 60.91 percent.
Southeast Sulawesi's economy in the fourth quarter of 2021 compared to the fourth quarter of 2020 grew by 7.66 percent (y-on-y). In terms of production, the Construction Business Field experienced the highest growth of 18.20 percent. From the expenditure side, the Export Component of Goods and Services experienced the highest growth of 16.73 percent.
Southeast Sulawesi's economy in the fourth quarter of 2021 compared to the previous quarter grew by 5.52 percent (q-to-q). In terms of production, the Electricity and Gas Procurement Business Field experienced the highest growth of 13.96 percent. Meanwhile, in terms of expenditure, the Export Component of Goods and Services experienced the highest growth of 6.46 percent.
In terms of production, the Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries Business Fields provide the most dominant contribution to the GRDP of Southeast Sulawesi by 23.80 percent. Meanwhile, in terms of expenditure, the most dominant contribution occurred in the Export Component of Goods and Services at 54.33 percent.
