Abstract

Southeast Sulawesi's economy based on the amount of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GDP) based on current prices in the third quarter of 2022 reached Rp 40.61 trillion and based on constant 2010 prices reached Rp 26.07 trillion.

Southeast Sulawesi's economy in the third quarter of 2022 compared to the second quarter of 2022 grew by 3.88 percent (q-to-q). In terms of production, the Construction Business Field experienced the highest growth of 19.18 percent. Meanwhile, in terms of expenditure, the highest growth occurred in the Gross Fixed Capital Formation (PMTB) component of 10.85 percent.

Southeast Sulawesi's economy in the third quarter of 2022 compared to the third quarter of 2021 experienced a growth of 5.40 percent (y-on-y). In terms of production, the Processing Industry Business Field experienced the highest growth of 22.99 percent. In terms of expenditure, the Export Component of Goods and Services experienced the highest growth of 21.15 percent.

Southeast Sulawesi's economy up to quarter III-2022 grew by 5.52 percent (c-to-c). In terms of production, the Processing Industry Business Field experienced the highest growth of 17.84 percent. Meanwhile, in terms of expenditure, the highest growth occurred in the Export Component of Goods and Services at 14.50 percent.
