Abstract

Economic Condition of Consumer Quarter I-2014

The Consumer Tendency Index (ITK) of Sulawesi Tengggara in Quarter I-2014 was 103.71, the previous quarter economic event. The level of consumer optimism is lower with Quarter IV-2013 (index value 108.57).
Improved consumer economic conditions, especially with some food and non-food. While the influence of inflation on daily food consumption is relatively unchanged.

Consumer Economy Outlook Quarter II-2014

Value of ITK Sulawesi Tengggara in Quarter II-2014 by society is estimated to reach 107,78, condition of consumer economic condition by society is expected to improve. The level of consumer optimism is predicted to be higher than the first Quarter I-2014 (ITK of 103.71).
The second quarter of 2014 is expected to occur due to an increase in the sale of durable goods by consumers.
