Abstract

  • In August 2011, NTP of each sub-sector in Southeast Sulawesi was recorded as follows: Food Crops Sub-sector (NTP-P) 86,19; Horticultural Subsector (NTP-H) 121,08; Subsector of Plantation Plantation (NTP-R) 124,13; Livestock Subsector (NTP-Pt) 90.91 and Fisheries Sub-sector (NTP-Pi) 106.40. Where the Southeast Sulawesi NTP recorded 106.40 or decreased 1.62 percent compared to the previous month, or in the last order nationally. While the National NTP of 105.11 or rose by 0.23 percent.
  • In August 2011, 17 provinces experienced an increase in NTP and 15 provinces experienced a decrease in NTP. The highest increase in NTP occurred in West Java Province of 0.81 percent. Meanwhile, the largest decrease of NTP occurred in Southeast Sulawesi Province is 1.62 percent.
  • In August 2011, inflation in Southeast Sulawesi rural areas stood at 1.12 percent as the food price index rose 1.52 percent; the index of the finished food group price 0.97 percent; housing group price index 0.30 percent; the clothing price index of 1.03 percent; health group price index 0.68 percent; the education, recreation and sports group price index was 0.35 percent and the transport and communications group price index was 0.01 percent.
