Abstract

  • In June 2011, the NTP of each sub-sector in Southeast Sulawesi was recorded as follows: Food Crops Sub-sector (NTP-P) 87.49; Horticultural Sub-sector (NTP-H) 120,41; Subsector of Smallholder Plantation (NTP-R) 129,69; Livestock Subsector (NTP-Pt) 91.67 and Fisheries Sub-sector (NTP-Pi) 107,53. Where the Southeast Sulawesi NTP recorded 108.48 or increased 0.34 percent compared to the previous month, or in the order of ten nationally. While the National NTP of 104.79 or up by 0.28
  • In June 2011, 16 provinces experienced an increase in NTP and 16 provinces experienced a decrease in NTP. The highest increase in NTP occurred in Lampung Province at 0.97 percent. Meanwhile, the biggest decrease of NTP occurred in Bengkulu Province which was 1.36 percent.
  • In June 2011, inflation in Southeast Sulawesi rural areas stood at 0.51 percent due to an increase in the foodstuff price index index by 0.85 percent; the index of the finished food group price by 0.02 percent; housing group price index 0.14 percent; the clothing price index of 0.24 percent; the healthcare price index 0.04 percent; the education, recreation and sports group price index was 0.02 percent and the transport and communications group price index was 0.01 percent.
