Abstract

  • In February 2011, the NTP of each sub-sector in Southeast Sulawesi was recorded as follows: Food Crops Sub-sector (NTP-P) 85.82; Horticultural Subsector (NTP-H) 120,84; Subsector of Smallholder Plantation (NTP-R) 128,50; Livestock Subsector (NTP-Pt) 92.05 and Fisheries Sub-sector (NTP-Pi) 105.93. Where the Southeast Sulawesi NTP recorded 107.38 or rose 0.06 percent over the previous month, or was ranked twentydua nationally. While the National NTP of 103.33 or rose by 0.31 percent.
  • Of 32 provinces reported in February 2011, 23 provinces experienced an increase in NTP and 9 provinces experienced a decrease in NTP. The highest increase of NTP occurred in the Province of Bali which is 1.34 percent. While the largest decrease in NTP occurred in South Kalimantan Province of 0.70 percent.
  • In February 2011, there was an inflation in rural Southeast Sulawesi of 0.41 percent due to the rise in the food group price index by 0.45 percent; food so 0.53 percent; housing 0.57 percent; clothing 0.16 percent; education, recreation and sports 0.09 percent and transportation and communication 0.18 percent ..
