Abstract

  • In July 2011, the NTP of each sub-sector in Southeast Sulawesi was recorded as follows: Food Crop Subsector (NTP-P) 86.85; Horticultural Subsector (NTP-H) 120.24; Subsector of Smallholder Plantation (NTP-R) 130.00; Livestock Subsector (NTP-Pt) 91.47 and Fisheries Sub-sector (NTP-Pi) 106,72. Where the Southeast Sulawesi NTP recorded 108.15 or decreased 0.31 percent over the previous month, or ranked twenty nationally. While the National NTP of 104.87 or rose by 0.07 percent.
  • In July 2011, as many as 12 provinces experienced an increase in NTP, 19 provinces experienced a decrease in NTP and 1 province was unchanged (stable). The highest increase of NTP occurred in Banten Province by 0.74 percent. Meanwhile, the biggest decrease in NTP occurred in Bengkulu Province which is 1.39 percent.
  • In July 2011, inflation in Southeast Sulawesi rural areas increased by 0.65 percent as the food price index rose 1.07 percent; the index of the finished food group price by 0.33 percent; housing group price index 0.12 percent and clothing group price index 0.15 percent.
