Abstract

  • In April 2011, the NTP of each sub-sector in Southeast Sulawesi was recorded as follows: Food Crops Sub-sector (NTP-P) 86,98; Horticultural Subsector (NTP-H) 120.21; Subsector of Smallholder Plantation (NTP-R) 130,35; Livestock Subsector (NTP-Pt) 92.18 and Fisheries Sub-sector (NTP-Pi) 107.92. Where NTP Southeast Sulawesi recorded 108.63 or increased 0.17 percent compared to the previous month, or nineteen in the national order. While the National NTP of 103.91 or rose by 0.57 percent.
  • In April 2011, 23 provinces experienced an increase in NTP and 9 provinces experienced a decrease in NTP. The highest increase in NTP occurred in South Sumatra Province at 1.72 percent. Meanwhile, the largest decrease of NTP occurred in Gorontalo Province by 0.96 percent.
  • In April 2011, there was a deflation in Southeast Sulawesi rural areas by 0.04 percent due to the decline in the food stuff group price index by 0.25 percent; the index of the finished food group price by 0.07 percent; the education, recreation and sports group price index was 0.09 percent and the transport and communications group price index was 0.09 percent.
