Abstract

Inflation of Kendari Municipality in September 2009 was 1.23 percent
The rise in the foodstuff index was 1.17 percent.
The increase in the price index of the finished food, beverage, cigarette & tobacco group by 1.20 percent.
The rise in the price index in the housing, water, electricity, gas & fuel group 1.73 percent.
Increase in the price index of the clothing group by 1.36 percent.
Increase in price index Health group 0.08 percent.
Decrease in index of education, recreation and sports group -1.49 percent
The increase in transport group price indexes, communications & financial services 1.75 percent
The inflation rate of Kendari City in calendar year 2009 was 4.90 percent and inflation "year on year" was 5.67 percent (CPI September 2009 compared to September 2008 CPI).
National inflation portrait in September 2009 was 1.05 percent. Of 66 cities that calculated CPI, 63 cities reflected Inflation and 3 cities reflected deflation. the highest inflation occurred in Bandar Lampung city 2.66 percent and the largest deflation occurred in Sorong city 0.98 percent.
