Kendari - The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Southeast Sulawesi Province has just released several of the latest strategic indicators related to Inflation, NTP, Export-Import, TPK, and Transportation.
This was conveyed by the Acting Head of BPS of Southeast Sulawesi Province, Surianti Toar, in a press release at BPS of Southeast Sulawesi Province, Thursday (01/08/2024). The following is a summary of the results of the press release:
1️⃣ In July 2024, the Year on Year (y-on-y) inflation in Southeast Sulawesi Province was 1.73 percent. The highest inflation occurred in Kendari City at 2.02 percent.
2️⃣ The NTP of Southeast Sulawesi in July 2024 was recorded at 115.96 or decreased by 1.39 percent compared to the previous month which was recorded at 117.59.
3️⃣ The value of Southeast Sulawesi's exports in June 2024 reached US$304.24 million or decreased by 9.68 percent compared to exports in May 2024 which were recorded at US$336.84 million.
4️⃣ The value of Southeast Sulawesi's imports in June 2024 reached US$220.84 million, up 65.85 percent compared to May 2024 or up 146.52 percent compared to June 2023.
5️⃣ The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of star hotels in Southeast Sulawesi in June 2024 was recorded at 38.18 percent.
6️⃣ The number of passengers departing using air transportation in Southeast Sulawesi Province in June 2024 increased by 8.31 percent.
