Abstract

Southeast Sulawesi's NTP in December 2022 was recorded at 99,514 or an increase of 0.002 percent compared to the previous month which was recorded at 99,515.

The increase in NTP was due to an increase in the price index received by farmers (It) of 0.265 percent, which was higher than the increase in the price index paid by farmers (Ib) of 0.263 percent.
The NTP of each sub-sector is recorded as follows: Plants Sub-sector Food (NTPP) 94.94; Horticulture Subsector (NTPH) 111.75; Subsector People's Plantation Plants (NTPR) 96.97; Livestock Subsector (NTPT) 108.83 and the Fisheries Subsector (NTNP) 104.11. While the NTP Index National amounted to 109.00 or an increase of 1.11 percent from the previous month of 107.81.
As of December 2022, nationally 23 provinces experienced an increase in NTP, while 11 other provinces experienced a decrease in NTP. The highest increase was recorded in West Nusa Tenggara Province, which was 2.26 percent, while the largest decrease was recorded in West Sulawesi Province, which was 2.47 percent.
