Abstract

In 2022, the rice harvested area is estimated at 119.66 thousand hectares with a production of around 494.86 thousand tons of GKG.

If converted into rice, the production of rice in 2022 is estimated at 284.19 thousand tons.

The rice harvested area in 2022 is estimated at 119.66 thousand hectares, a decrease of 7.85 thousand hectares or 6.16 percent compared to the rice harvested area in 2021 which is 127.52 thousand hectares.

Rice production in 2022 is estimated at 494.86 thousand tons of GKG, a decrease of 35.17 thousand tons of GKG or 6.64 percent compared to rice production in 2021 of around 530.03 thousand tons of GKG.

Rice production in 2022 for food consumption is estimated to be around 284.19 thousand tons, a decrease of 20.20 thousand tons or 6.64 percent compared to rice production in 2021 of 304.38 thousand tons.
