IBS production growth of the first quarter 2016 increased by 7.00 percent (y-on-y), while micro manufacturing industry (IMK) fell by 0.17 percent (y-on-y)

Growth in industrial production of large and medium scale manufacturing in the first quarter of 2016 rose by 7.00 percent (y-on-y). The increase was mainly due to rising food production industry as much as 8.40 percent. While Wood Industry, Manufactures of Wood and Cork (Excluding Furniture) and Woven Goods from Bamboo, rattan and the like decreased by 3.70 percent.

Growth in industrial production of large and medium manufacturing the first quarter of 2016 rose to 1.67 percent (q-to-q) the fourth quarter of 2015. This increase was mainly due to a rise of 2.99 percent Food Industry. While Wood Industry, Manufactures of Wood and Cork (Excluding Furniture) and Woven Goods from Bamboo, rattan and the like decreased by 5.65 percent.
