Kendari - The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Southeast Sulawesi Province has just released several of the latest strategic indicators related to Inflation, NTP, Export-Import, TPK, and Transportation.

This was conveyed by the Head of BPS of Southeast Sulawesi Province, Agnes Widiastuti, in her press release at BPS of Southeast Sulawesi Province, Monday (01/04/2024). The following is a summary of the results of the press release:

1. In March 2024, Year on Year (y-on-y) inflation in Southeast Sulawesi Province was 2.93 percent. The highest inflation occurred in Konawe Regency at 4.30 percent.

2. NTP of Southeast Sulawesi in March 2024 was recorded at 110.86 or an increase of 1.85 percent compared to the previous month which was recorded at 108.85.

3. The export value of Southeast Sulawesi in February 2024 reached US$295.70 million or decreased by 31.59 percent compared to exports in January 2024 which were recorded at US$432.27 million.

4. The import value of Southeast Sulawesi in February 2024 reached US$225.00 million, up 27.93 percent compared to January 2024 or up 47.79 percent compared to February 2023.

5. The Occupancy Rate of Star Hotel Rooms in Southeast Sulawesi Province in February 2024 decreased by 0.48 points.

6. The number of passengers departing using air transportation in Southeast Sulawesi Province in February 2024 decreased by 1.45 percent.
