Housing Statistics of Sulawesi Tenggara Province 2023

Housing is one of the basic needs for every human being. A home serves as a place of shelter and activity for its occupants. Therefore, it is important for the government to ensure the availability of adequate housing and a healthy environment to support the activities of the community. This is necessary to support people's activities, which will ultimately impact their well-being.The importance of housing development makes it a focus at both the national and global levels. Housing development is one of the targets in the National Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN) 2020-2024 and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).The Central Statistics Agency (BPS), through the National Socio-Economic Survey (Susenas) conducted annually, supports the provision of data on housing and environmental health. Housing data from Susenas is specifically presented in the Housing Statistics of Sulawesi Tenggara Province 2023. The data presented in this publication is categorized based on the type of area and district/city. It is hoped that this publication will provide insights into the achievements of housing development in Southeast Sulawesi.
