Analysis of Data Needs Survey for BPS-Statistics of Sulawesi Tenggara Province 2024

BPS-Statistics of Sulawesi Tenggara Province, as a public service provider of statistical data and information, consistently strives to deliver excellent services to its consumers.BPS-Statistics of Sulawesi Tenggara Provinceconducts the Community Satisfaction Survey annually, integrated with the Data Needs Survey. The primary objectives of this survey are to measure consumer satisfaction withBPS-Statistics of Sulawesi Tenggara Province's data services and to identify consumer data needs and satisfaction levels regarding the quality of data produced byBPS-Statistics of Sulawesi Tenggara Province.The 2024 SKD results are presented in a publication titled "Analysis of Data Needs Survey for BPS-Statistics of Sulawesi Tenggara Province 2024".This publication provides an overview of consumer data needs, perceptions of BPS service performance, and consumer satisfaction with the quality of BPS data. The main indicators highlighted in this publication include the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK) and the Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK).
