In January 2024, the number of passengers departing by air transportation in Southeast Sulawesi Province decreased by 18.20 percent

Abstract

The number of domestic air transportation passengers departing in January 2024 was recorded at 46,399 people, down 18.20 percent compared to December 2023 recorded as many as 56,723 people. Meanwhile, the number of passengers arriving in January 2024 decreased by 12.73 percent compared to December 2023, from 54,955 people to 47,961 people.
The number of domestic sea transportation passengers departing in January 2024 was recorded at 120,462 people, an increase of 0.40 percent compared to the previous month there were 119,981 people recorded. Meanwhile, the number of passengers arriving in January 2024 was 113,802 people, an increase of 0.03 percent compared to December 2023, which was recorded at 113,763 people.
The number of goods unloaded from domestic ships in January 2024 decreased by 23.72 percent compared to December 2023, from 1,242,765 tons to 947,933 tons. Meanwhile, the number of goods loaded by domestic ships decreased by 50.92 percent compared to December 2023, from 5,473,555 tons to 2,686,538 tons.
