Abstract

The number of passengers departing using air transport in Southeast Sulawesi Province in February 2023 rose 2.36 percent.

The amount of goods loaded by domestic ships in Southeast Sulawesi Province in February 2023 rose 47.70 percent.

The number of domestic air transport passengers departing in February 2023 was recorded as many as 45,258 people, an increase of 2.36 percent compared to January 2023 when there were 44,214 people. Meanwhile, the number of passengers arriving in February 2023 fell 2.20 percent compared to January 2023, from 46,576 people to 45,550 people.

The number of domestic sea transport passengers departing in February 2023 was recorded at 82,855 people, a decrease of 27.97 percent compared to the previous month which was recorded at 115,035 people. Meanwhile, the number of passengers arriving in February 2023 was 75,056 people, down 27.04 percent compared to January 2023, which recorded 102,866 people.

The amount of goods unloaded from domestic ships in February 2023 decreased by 85.18 percent compared to January 2023, from 2,912,452 tons to 431,606 tons. Meanwhile, the amount of goods loaded by domestic ships increased by 47.70 percent compared to January 2023, from 1,693,279 tons to 2,500,949 tons.
