Abstract

The Occupancy Rate of Star Hotel Rooms in Southeast Sulawesi Province January 2023 Dropped 14.22 points.
  • The average length of stay for Bintang hotels in Southeast Sulawesi in January 2023 increased by 0.27 points compared to the previous month in December 2022 (1.10 days).
  • The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) for star hotels in Southeast Sulawesi in January 2023 was recorded at 34.94 percent or decreased by 14.22 points compared to the previous month (December 2022) which was recorded at 49.16 percent.
  • The Bed Usage Rate (TPTT) for star hotels in Southeast Sulawesi in January 2023 was recorded at 40.31 percent or decreased by 9.28 points compared to the previous month's TPTT (December 2022) which was recorded at 49.59 percent
  • The average length of stay for star hotel guests in Southeast Sulawesi in January 2023 was recorded for 1.37 days or an increase of 0.27 points compared to the previous month (December 2022) which was recorded for 1.10 days.
  • The percentage comparison between foreign guests and domestic (domestic) guests in January 2023 was recorded as 99.93 percent were domestic guests and the remaining 0.07 percent were foreign guests or experienced a shift of 0.08 points.
