Abstract

The number of passengers departing using air transportation in Southeast Sulawesi Province in February 2022 decreased by 12.40 percent.
  • The number of goods loaded by domestic ships in Southeast Sulawesi Province in February 2022 rose 49.74 percent.
  • The number of domestic air transport passengers departing in February 2022 was 39,796 people, a decrease of 12.40 percent compared to January 2022 which was recorded at 45,430 people. Meanwhile, the number of passengers arriving in February 2022 decreased by 10.86 percent compared to January 2022, from 44,409 people to 39,584 people.
  • The number of domestic sea transport passengers departing in February 2022 was recorded at 120,981 people, a decrease of 14.51 percent compared to the previous month which was recorded at 141,513 people. Meanwhile, the number of passengers arriving in February 2022 was 112,669 people, a decrease of 13.27 percent compared to January 2022 which was recorded at 129,908 people.
  • The number of goods unloaded from domestic ships in February 2022 increased by 31.82 percent compared to January 2022, from 591,478 tons to 779,687 tons. The same condition applies to goods loaded by domestic ships. In February 2022, the number of goods loaded by domestic ships increased by 49.74 percent compared to January 2022, from 2,390,332 tons to 3,579,378 tons.
