Hello #BanggonaData! Statmin wants to let you know that BPS of Southeast Sulawesi Province Does Not Accept or Give Gratification in Any Form!

Gratification according to the Explanation of Article 12B Paragraph (1) of Law Number 31 of 1999 in conjunction with Law Number 20 of 2001 includes giving money, goods, discounts, commissions, interest-free loans, travel tickets, accommodation facilities, travel, free medical treatment, and other facilities. The gratification is received both domestically and abroad and is carried out using electronic means or without electronic means.

If you find any acts of gratification in the BPS of Southeast Sulawesi Province, do not hesitate to report it to our Complaint Service channel!
