BPS of Southeast Sulawesi Province

Kendari - The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Southeast Sulawesi Province has just released several of the latest strategic indicators related to Inflation, NTP, Export-Import, TPK, and Transportation.
This was conveyed by the Head of BPS of Southeast Sulawesi Province, Agnes Widiastuti, in her press release at BPS of Southeast Sulawesi Province, Thursday (01/02/2024). The following is a summary of the results of the press release:
1. In January 2024, Year on Year (y-on-y) inflation in Southeast Sulawesi Province was 2.46 percent. The highest inflation occurred in Baubau City at 3.88 percent.
2. NTP of Southeast Sulawesi in January 2024 was recorded at 107.83 or an increase of 1.28 percent compared to the previous month which was recorded at 106.47.
3. The export value of Southeast Sulawesi in December 2023 reached US$458.84 million or increased by 5.51 percent compared to exports in November 2023 which were recorded at US$434.90 million.
4. The import value of Southeast Sulawesi in December 2023 reached US$183.51 million, increased by 8.14 percent compared to November 2023.
5. The Occupancy Rate of Star-rated Hotel Rooms in Southeast Sulawesi Province in December 2023 decreased by 1.99 points.
6. The number of passengers departing using air transportation in Southeast Sulawesi Province in December 2023 increased by 6.38 percent.
